My bengal is similar. She bathes in her dish, but will only drink water out of a toilet if she finds one with a lid up, or out of a full sink. She won't drink out of the tap unless she's up to her armpits standing in water. So,I have to fill the sink for her, and then she stops complaining. Until then, she complains like only a bengal can... sigh.
