A water spray can for example works wonders. Whenever he bites, she (or you or your brother) should say loudly 'NO', and at the same time spray him with water (NEVER hit him it'll make him more aggressive!!), or if that's not handy, blow in his face. Then take him IMMEDIATELY to a seperate room and lock him up for about 10 minutes (not longer). A NO, water or blow in his face, and time-out.
