It sounds like he is having some sort of separation anxiety or perhaps some territorial issues. Has this behavior started since you aquired your husband? He may be upset at the interloper.
Cats who have been declawed often tend to use their teeth more. When he bits you try yelling "ouch" in the highest loudest possible voice you can muster. This imitates the cry a kitten makes when it is playing and wants to cry "uncle". Very often a cat will back off.
You may need to discuss this change in behavior with your vet and get a reference to an animal behaviorist.
Good luck!
>>Baka my roommates cat, he's just over three years old and up till March of this year he has been a rather antisocial cat. Didn't snuggle or want to be petted by anyone and the only type of play he engaged in was fairly violent. >> >>Now since March he's been alot more friendly. Activly asking for affection, playing gentler with myself and my roommate and the latest addition to our family, my husband. Even in the last few weeks he's been coming into my room and sleeping for a couple hours with me after the other two go to work. In addition to coming into the bedroom and staying with me in the morning, he's also been dragging out my roommates clothing into the living room and yowling like he's been hurt. >> >>Now in the last couple days he's been jumping up on the couch (which is just behind my computer chair) and while I'm sitting there, after doing his strange yowling, clothing moving antics, he grabs my arm with his teeth and trys to make off with it. If he can't reach it with his mouth he trys to move it up with his paws. It's not a light bite, it really hurts and it takes quite a bit of forcing to get him to let go. When he does he starts to yowl and yowl. >> >>Yes he is fixed and he's also declawed. >> >>Any suggestions about this type of behavior would be greatly appreciated. -----
