Cats sometimes hide for dasy (even weeks) in a new environment. Let her be in the closet, keep the door open and keep water, food and litterbox righ tin front of it. After a couple of days you can try to entice her out with good smelleing food, but don't force her if she doesn't ant to. With cats it should always be on their terms, no forcing.
