Posted by: larandsandy at Wed Aug 10 13:31:26 2005 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by larandsandy ] I have a one year old female manx that bites and chews things. She has chewed holes in clothes, bags, socks or anything that happens to be laying around. We try to keep everything put away, but with two kids that is hard. She chewed through the telephone cord also. We have her on an excellent food (Iams) and don't think she is lacking in vitamins or anything there. She also will bite us if we touch her or pet her when she does not want to be petted. I don't know how to stop this. She eats and swallows the material or plastic when she chews up something so I worry it will cause a blockage or something serious. She has lots of toys, gets played with alot and I even tried buying small dog rawhide bones to chew on itstead. She is one years old now so I don't think it's a teething thing. Any one have any suggestions? Thanks [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] | ||
