This is probably a behavioral rather than physical problem, since her diet is OK. If you haven't had the vet do a good tooth check, then perhaps that is in order.

There is a product called Bitter Apple (also called Bitter End) which can be put on things to stop the chewing. Some people recommend a mixture of cayen pepper and water - enough water to make a paste to smear on things that need to be protected.

The biting while being petted is another matter. She probably "maxes out" fairly quickly. Watch for signs of aggression like ears turning and whiskers laid back and stop petting at that point.
