I have a 3 year old male cat who has lived with us for the past 18months. Every morning he is let outside, I hear him scraping his water bowl around the concrete path. I've crept up a few times and seen him standing with one of his front paws in the water and using this paw to drag the bowl backwards. He doesn't seem to be dragging it in any particular direction or to any detination as I've seen him drag it in all sorts or directions, spilling the water as he goes.
What does this bizarre behaviour mean?
