Hi There,

I think most cats are prone to these "fits". Several of mine do this every day, especially the younger ones. None of them are Himalayan, or even close.

It seems that most cats tend to have these "fits" late at night, so they are sometimes referred to as "late night crazies". It's just a normal cat thing.

I believe they are playing, and also working off energy when they do this. I also believe that they see things we don't, which makes it seem to us that they are going after nothing.

Regards,
PHKitkat
