>>My cat has been doing this pretty much ever since I got her fixed about a year and a half ago- whenever she gets mad at me (I think that's why she does this anyway) she starts biting her stomach and then kicking her head, as if to try to make the biting stop. Does anyone know why she does this or how to make her stop?

Very odd indeed. It may be a reflex action - when she is angry at you she does what is called "displacement grooming" - but in her case may be over-biting herself. She has somehow learned that kicking her head seems to relieve the problem.

I'd check with a vet to be sure there is nothing wrong.
