Hi There,

Your cat is definitely in heat. Please make an appointment and take her in ASAP. Not all vets will spay a cat in heat so you might have to wait a bit. Please also consider making her an indoor cat only. Letting a cat roam is just too dangerous.

As far as the sucking, it stems from being weaned too early. This behavior may or may not change. It isn't harmful unless she is making herself sore.
