My cat who is about 13 years old has found a VERY strange place to relax/sleep. 2 days ago she started laying down in her litter box and staying there. I try taking her out repeatedly and she just returns. I have tried making her a really soft bed in case she is achy or something bc I cant think of any other reason why she would want to lay in her box. Has anyone encountered this odd behavior? Thanks!
