Hi There,

It is possible that something happened upstairs to frighten your kitty? Even something falling off a shelf or a piece of furniture being moved might affect a sensitive cat.

If you can't think of anything, perhaps a vet visit would be a good idea, including labwork. My 10 year old cat, Fiona, had started growling at the other cats and sleeping in different places. I took her in and she is in early kidney failure. Because her kidney disease is in the early stages, she has a good chance of doing well on a special diet and fluids.

Sounds like your baby is acting normally otherwise......is she doing anything else other than avoiding the bedroom that concerns you?

Please keep us updated.

Regards,
PHKitkat
