Tonight my best friend noticed that my cat was trembling. I wondered at first if he was still a bit shaken when the lady who brought my best friend had come into the house. He seemed calm at the time since he's become more tolerant though still wary of guests.

Then I began to search on the internet when the trembling seemed more aparent. I live in an apartment and they sprayed for roaches more frequeuntly than they used to. Could he have ingested some of the pesticides?

I also noticed that his paw pads were a bit hot and he didn't move much from his spot. He gave me a growl when I was checking up on him and was feeling his paws.

Now he's sleeping. Breathing regularly and his trembling seems to have stopped. Was he just scared or is this something serious? My dad might not have the money to take him to the vet and my cat is terrified of going outside. What am I to do?
