 Well, Munchie, I think 'senior' depends upon who you ask and where you look for the information.  Cat food bags insist that 7 years old is senior (Bayli laughs), and some books variously list 8, 10, and 12 as senior.  My vet starts to do 'senior maintenance' at about 8 years (Nikki snorts).
 I think of my cats as 'seniors' at about age 10, I guess.  Although when CindeLu (10) is racing around chasing beauvarts, or Darci (going on 16) jumps a foot in the air chasing a catdancer ... age is subjective.     (Just out of curiosity ... which two of yours are turning 10 this year?)
