>>I was wondering, since lately I have been paying more attention to my pets' mouth (meaning I do clean them everyday, which is NOT EASY) if someone actually do the brushing on their pets' pearly whites on a constant basis? or do you just stick with the dental food and treats?

Gee, how did I miss this post? Oh well, better late than never. Yup..brush all 8 cats teeth 3-4 times a week. They love the CET poultry flavored toothpaste. I find it easiest to use the little finger brushes with the nubs on them. They seemed to fight more if I tried to use the bristle type brushes. It's quite a trip trying to trick one of my x-ferals into coming near me when it's brushing time tough. Usually peg the little guy by offering him some tasty tidbit. You;d think he's get a clue by now, but he falls for that treat trick every time! LOL.
I have to say it has kept them off the vet's table for a long time and the tarter is just now starting to build up after several years of brushing.
