I would like to know how you get your cat to let you clean their teeth? My cat callie mae has to go and be placed under anesthesia to clean her teeth this month. She has had this done once before and it always makes me very uneasy. I have tried to clean both my cats teeth with cat toothpaste and a small animal toothbrush. They hate it and don't let me really get in and clean their back teeth. I would end up hurting them if I held their heads as tight as I would need to to get at their teeth. They are also Cornish Rex cats so are only 6 pounds. What do you do to get at the back teeth? Help!
