I would take your girl to the vet for a complete geriatric exam. If you didn't notice this "droopiness" last year and she has lost weight between now and then, it's definitely time for a vet check. Older cats start showing signs of aging, but a weight loss that is noticeable like you are saying, should definitely be checked.
