This behavior is normal. The newly spayed cat smells like the vets office and doesn't act the same so the first cat is afraid. She doesn't like the new smells on her friend and she isn't sure about the change in her personality. Have your sister take a towel and rub first one cat and then the other with the same towel. Then their scents will match and that will help speed things along. All should return to normal shortly. Cats really hate change of any sort. Good luck and let us know how the girls are doing!
