I stayed for over an hour and just held him and told him how special he was. I put some of his food in his mouth and he ate the rest of what was in his bowl on his own. He looks so sad..he just clung to me..and when I went to put him back in the cage he wanted so bad for me just to keep holding him. He is sitting up and walking some. If he continues to improve I can bring him home hopefully by friday. He looked better today then he did before the surgery. He still is not out of the woods. There has been no further drainage from his ear. The tumor went down almost the full length of the ear canal. He is still pretty weak and he needs to get some of his strength back..but I am pretty encouraged. The vet seemed pretty amazed at his progress. So keep praying. He is really a special guy. I think I was blessed that he found me. [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] | ||
