First I want to thank PHAbymom for being here for me very late last night.

We found 7 kits that were only a few hours old yesterday. We waited and watched to see if momcat was going to come and take care of them but she never did. After they got caught in a rain storm, were cold, wet and hungry we decided to bring them in, dry them off, warm them up and try to take care of them.

Thanks to PHAbymom she was able to direct me to a couple of helpful sites, but the one that I found to be most helpful was the one that had just been posted on the main page of CatHobbyist. OrphanedKittens

The kits are now in the care of a vet tech at a local Animal Hospital, but we are still looking for a rescue or a surrogate momcat for these kits. I am in the KC MO area.

Temporary Surrogate Mom
(Who's hoping to get a peaceful nights sleep tonight)
