We've chosen a vet who works solely with cats. The recommend getting the vaccines once at 16 weeks, once at 20 weeks and then once every year after. She said that they wouldn't normally recommend them for an indoor cat, but they do in our case, because there are about 100 badly cared for cats in our neighborhood, many of whom are strays. We even have strays living in the halls of our building, so if she escaped one day..... Does this seem reasonable to you all?
