>>Does any one know a of any low cost spay programs in Maine (we are in the Sebago Lake area)? My student's cat had 4 kittens. All of them are female. They are going to keep 3 of them and the mother of course. So I want to find a program that will spay them, but that doesn't cost a lot of money. I am also, going to try to convince the owner of Gabby's mother to get Gabby's mother spayed.

Jaime, you can call 1-800-SPAYUSA and they will give you a list of vets in your area or you can call your local shelter or humane association. They all should have resources to low-cost spay/neuters.
