Awww, that is so sad. Poor Snowball! How long have you had them? Where did they come from? 5 weeks is very young, it's good she has her sister to bond with. I don't really have any tips for you though, but your vet should be able to tell the extent of the blindness and tell you where to learn all about her special needs and how to adapt to them.
Have you kitten proofed your home so she doesn't run into things?
I would imagine (and I know nothing of blind kittens) that over time she will be able to memorize her enviroment, such as where the food and litter are, where furniture is, etc., and then will probably become more active when she becomes more secure of her surroundings. But you might want to start just one room at a time... Your vet will tell you much more.
