I'm so helpless when it comes to these things! April has dandruff. I did some looking and advice I found said to 1, change diet. Change to what exactly? She gets decent cat food as it is, none of the other cats have dandruff. What kinds of oils shoud I give her in her food? Would one can of catfood a week do it or do I need to go buy stuff? 2, Bathe her regularly using mild shampoo. All of the products on the market say not to use on kittens, would human baby shampoo be okay? 3, I've never had a longhair, aside from Albert and he never needed washing as he was an obsessive cleaner. I've heard you have to blowdry longhair cats when you bathe them to prevent matting, but I'm worried a hair dryer would only dry out her skin further. Any advice?
