Second, spay the 2 cats! It could be both things bothering kitty. She is marking her territory and she doesn't like the man. And doesn't want his scent in "HER" bed. She wants her scent there. Next you will have to clean that bed, including the mattress. Strip all the bedding off and wash every bit of it, then get a good odor spray at the pet store and spray that mattress down. I use "Cat Spray and Urine Stain and Odor Remover" by Simple sloution. Leave the mattress uncovered until it is totally dry and then remake the bed and shut the door.
