I know what you mean about bad gas! I once had a cat that would stink up the room so bad, you would have to leave the room gagging. His name was Benny. I gave him to my mother and law and it cleared up! She loved that dang cat, and after he passed away, she got another one that looked like him and named him Benny II. lol. Benny II is still around, he's a freaking monster giant cat! Honestly, he's the biggest cat I've seen, it's startling every time I see him.
I only know that cheaper foods have alot of byproducts that can cause gas. You could try switching brands, that is, if you're not already using premium.
I'm sure your vet will have a reccomandation for what to feed her when you take her in on Monday.
