Well Frannie is now 8 1/2 months old, and is the sweet of our hearts! She is absolutely amazing, she gets around just like a sighted cat, she has even learned to climb on the kitchen counter.
She loves to snuggle, and when she is ready for a nap she searches me out and lets me know it's her nap time. And I oblige her by rocking her to sleep. When she wakes, she is then ready to chase paper balls or any one of her friends that happen to pass her by, her favorite being Willie, her Dachsund cousin. At bedtime she shares our pillows or sleeps on top of us. She has my husband wrapped around her little paw. When I took her to have her stitches removed after her spay, I was told she was lucky to have me, but I think it's the other way around, I am the one who is blessed to have such a special little "baby" to take care of.
