Kittens very often have diarreah which can be dangerous because they dehydrate so quickly. However you seem to be doing all you can for him by taking him to the vet trying a different diet.

It could be he has IBS or food allergies and might need a very special diet - like duck and peas or lamb and rice. Ask your vet about these foods - usually they are prescription.
