If she is in heat, she should go into position for mating. Which is crouching with her tail down and to the side for mating. She will also make a purrrrrt sound. And move her back legs like she is walking. She should also be calling for boys. If she isn't going any of this, I would take her to a Vet, yours or another and have her checked out.
