Hi,

Yes, I have helped with this surgery and cats recover well from it. It can be a little tricky to get the polyp out, depending on where exactly it is located, and there is usually some sneezing of blood afterwards. Same with a biopsy.

Skull films are helpful too, as they allow the vet to see the condition of the cat's sinuses. Your vet is very thorough, and that is a good thing.

Please let us know when your baby will be having surgery.
