Hi everyone! I’m trying to find a vet in my area and I’m hoping someone will be able to help.

I just moved to Mississauga, ON and I have 2 cats, one of which has feline leukemia. I’m hoping to find a vet that doesn’t view feline leukemia as a “nothing we can do, just put him down” disease, really enjoys his/her job and will actively research what’s new in animal health world, and will give me every possible option available and not leave out the expensive treatments just because they’re pricey. I don’t care how expensive this vet is, I just want to find a top notch one. My cat’s main vet is back home in Florida and will remain that way since my cat’s treatment is only available in the US and not Canada. I’d just like to have another vet up here just in case something happens.

If anyone lives around the area and can suggest a vet, please tell me!
