Hi There,
I do not recommend bringing Kelsie into your home if she is still positive. Even if Dibs gets vaccinated she could still get the virus and it's just not worth the risk. The FeLV vaccine is far from being 100% effective.
However, if Kelsie tests negative, then there would be no danger to Dibs.
Please let us know what happens either way and if you have to find another option for Kelsie, we can give you some ideas.
