You seem to have done the right thing by following the vets' recommendations. And hopefully all the tests have ruled out anything else.

About the only thing I can suggest is to find a veterinary allergist - not an easy task if you live in a small town. If you live within driving distance of a veterinary college this is another option. Many vet schools will take a look at hard cases - they are on the cutting edge and often find things the average vet might miss.

You might also seek out a holistic vet - and post this question again on our ask a holistic vet board if you have not already done so.

I wish I could help you more, but you've already done what would be the recommended proceedure by consulting several vets and changing the cat's diet!
