I am sorry to say that we cannot help any more than a vet can. Something is very, very wrong here. Please take this kitten to an emergency vet ASAP.

I am emailing you a copy of this response because of the time element. Kittens can go downhill very quickly.

One thought, are you rubbing its hiney with a wet washcloth to stimulate defecation and urination? The kitten may still need a little help in this area.
