Assuming this kitty has been recently vet checked and had a fecal and all of that, I'm not sure what to tell you. Certainly, if it continues on into today he needs to be seen by a vet --- that would have to be this afternoon since tomorrow is a holiday and most places will be closed. At the very least the vet can give him an injection to settle his stomach.
Normally, if he were an adult he could perhaps even wait until Saturday as long as he was eating and drinking, but with a kitten that young you have to me more careful. They can get run down more quickly.
Also, it would really be a better idea to feed the dog where the kitten can't get to him/her so the dog can eat in peace. I would either put the kitty up when the dog is eating, or put the dog in a secure crate to eat. Dogs are very food oriented and you don't want anything to get in the way of a dog and their dinner, it can lead to tension in the dog towards the cat. And even if your dog is the sweetest, most submissive doggie and would always bow down to the kitten (which is good), it still isn't fair to the dog to have to be pestered or on alert while eating.
Best of luck!
