Then you should put her on a low-cal version of a very premium food - check for human grade meat and absolutely no corn meal! Wellness and Nutro are often recommended as is Chicken Soup for the Cat Lover's Soul. Give her the minimum dosage even if it is for an 8 pound cat - because she should probably weigh that much.
