Your cat needs to be force fed ASAP - he is in grave danger of getting fatty liver disorder. Your vet probably discussed this with you.

At this point it is more important to get him eating than to be sure he is eating a special cat food diet. Try baby food meat but be sure there is no onion in the mix. Other kitty treats like hamburger and chicken might also stimulate his appetite. Or perhaps he might like some really stinky cat food - maybe even what he ate before Dr. Atkins!

I would say that if he hasn't eaten by Sunday, you should call an emergency vet and discuss the full situation with them. They may advise getting him in for more IV's or they may be able to determine if it is safe to wait until Monday and get him back to your own vet.
