Hi,

Your cat may be dizzy and/or nauseated because of the ruptured eardrum, as this may cause his equilibrium to be off. He may need something to settle his stomach, such as Reglan.

Something like strained meat baby food (without onion added) or canned A/D may be easier for him to eat than regular food. Do you know if the vet has tried either of these?

Also, if the antibiotics are being given orally, they may be adding to your kitty's discomfort, especially if they are given on an empty stomach. I am hoping that they are force-feeding your baby after all these days of him not eating.

I will be thinking of your kitty. Please keep us updated on how he is doing.

Regards,
AshleyElla
