Posted by: Cherries at Wed Sep 28 21:51:26 2005 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Cherries ] They're giving him anti-infamatories, anti-biotics and until recently, appetite enhancers, through IV. But, i just came back from seeing him and I brought all of his favorite foods (I feed him Natural Balance) his favorite treats and cat nip. He WANTS to eat...he burried his face in the bag of food and he was going to tear it apart. So I gave him a treat and he started chewing it but you saw that he was having trouble, then he spit it out. I think that his jaw (or somewhere around there) is in pain. I bought him Gelsemium (homeopathic) and I gave them my Rescue Remedy (Bach Flower Remedy) to give to him. This is my last option before they might have to put in a feeding tube...which is something that I would REALLY like to avoid. They'll be force feeing him tonight because lipidosis is a concern at this point. [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Hide Replies ]
