He has been on Royal Canin Sensitivity VR for about two months and was eating it fine while also receiving depo shots and Metrodizanale - which seemed to stop the diarrhea. It came back a little over a week ago and the vet gave him another depo shot. This did not clear up the diarrhea and he stopped eating entirely, although was clearly hungry and thirsty from the shot as he drank plenty of water and ate up treats very quickly. The vet then gave him more metrodiazanale and suggested we give him baby food. After 4 days of doing this, he is eating about half a jar of baby food a day and still has diarrhea. We are trying a different steroid today hoping that will help, but does anyone have suggestions for alternate foods to give him? I think he is still very hungry, but not interested in anything we give him except for treats. [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Hide Replies ]
