Hi There,

Yes, you need to take your cat in. Please don't wait any longer since cats that stop eating can start developing fatty liver disease within a few days. This is a very serious condition.

Your vet will most likely want to have a blood panel done and possibly x-rays. An appetite stimulent may be tried, but some kind of force-feeding will be necessary to prevent further problems if your baby still doesn't eat. She is probably dehydrated by now and that can cause it's own problems.

Please let us know what the vet says.
