Have you talked to your vet about an appetite stimulant (Cyproheptadine)?

I think at this point, feed him whatever he will eat (prawns) to keep food in him. You may have to gently force feed if your cat doesn't start eating more substantial food on his own very soon. This is usually done with watered down soft food (baby food or canned food) in a syringe (with no needle).

I recommend keeping on working very closely with your vet. After a couple days without food, a cat can start developing liver problems. It is critical you keep food in him -- and work with your vet to solve this -- which you are.
