Hi,

Whatever is going on with your kitty is serious. She needs to have labwork and x-rays to determine what is wrong with her. This sounds like an emergency. If all your vet did was give her antibiotics, please go somewhere else.

Any cat that stops eating is at risk for developing fatty liver disease, which is fatal without treatment. This problem can start within 2 or 3 days of a cat not eating. Your cat needs to be force-fed if she will not eat on her own. She may need IV fluids as well.

Please don't delay taking her in. She probably will not survive much longer without treatment. If you read this and it is after hours, go to an emergency hospital.

I know you are worried and how hard this is for you, but if you want to save your baby's life you have to do something ASAP.
