The owner or manager of the kennel needs to get the cat to a vet ASAP. Usually the person who brings an animal in will sign some sort of form regarding need for medical care. Whatever the case is, please talk to the person in charge of the kennel and let him/her know that the cat could die under their care if it isn't checked promptly.
