Hi Garry,
A cat that hasn't eaten in 5 days is very ill. Lulu is now at high risk for something known as fatty liver disease, which can occur whenever a cat stops eating for as little as 2 - 3 days. This liver ailment is extremely serious and can even be fatal without treatment.
Since you got the de-wormer from the vet it should be ok. But I really doubt that parasites are Lulu's primary problem. She not only needs bloodwork done, but should also have abdominal x-rays, and possibly even a urinalysis. If she has never been tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS, this needs to be done as well.
You can try offering Lulu strained meat baby foods (with no onion added) if you can find it. Sometimes sick cats will eat this kind of food before they will eat anything else.
I'll be thinking of your kitty and will be praying for her. Please keep us updated on how she is doing and her test results.
Regards, PHKitkat
