I wound up rushing Pirate to the vet this morning because he vomited up a piece of one of my shirts that he ate. He seems fine now, we think he probably only ate what he vomited up, but the vet gave me some pills to calm his gut down and to bring him right back in if he starts showing any signs at all of being obstructed. If that weren't enough, we're trying to work our way through a possible food allergy or IBD. This cat has just not been having an easy month.
