aww, your poor kitty. well keep scratching her but i think since you mentioned the dog thing that maybe she did get fleas. and who knows maybe she is allergic to dogs! as for the dander thing... they do have spray type of cleaners and moisturizers at pet stores. I think they can help her skin alot, which will help the iching. plus if she is irritated from fleas maybe one has some aloe in it. check her closely for fleas, do the powder thing and find some spray, but maybe put it on after a day or so of flea powder first.
