Since it seems to be fleas, then you'll probably need to just dose her regularly with either Frontline or Advantage to keep the fleas at bay and to prevent the scratching and scabs.

My vet has told me to use Neosporin on occasion, however with ANY medication you should contact your vet to be sure it is safe for your particular cat. Your vet will know what is best in this situation - probably a phone call will be all you need to make - saving yourself and the cat a trip to the vet!
