My cat always has what looks like little pieces of feces right outside her anal glands. I pulled one of the pieces off and she didn't seem to mind but she sacreeted her "scent" a few days later. I don't know if this was because of what I did or if she did because her and my other cat were fighting that day. Anyway, I have pulled off these little pieces of feces before and they just come back. Her anal glands are not swollen or anything like that and she doesn't scoot her butt on the floor or excessively lick her anus. What could be wrong?
