Hello,

I've had my cat Rascal since I was a very little girl, however now that I'm older and more responsible with him than I was as a child, I've begun to worry about things I never used to think twice about. One of those things is Catnip. I don't know very much about the substance, but I feel like I should become more aware of something that's been given to Rascal since he was a baby. Can it be harmful at all? Could it potentially damage a cat's nervous system? What effects does it really have on them internally?

I'd really appreciate any feedback.

Thanks a lot.

- Lauren
